About morgan

Hi, I’m Morgan- a behavior consultant with a foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for supporting individuals with Autism and other developmental needs. I hold a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from IUPUI and a master’s degree in ABA from Ball State University. My professional journey has taken me from elementary education to providing behavior therapy as an RBT and fieldwork student across home, school, and early intervention clinic settings. I have worked with clients as young as 2 years old to my oldest client in their late 40s.

I specialize in skill acquisition through task analysis—ranging from broad routines, like establishing morning/evening schedules or bathroom routines, to completing specific tasks in order, like tooth brushing or getting dressed. I also have extensive experience addressing challenging behaviors such as elopement, aggression, self-injury, and property destruction, as well as experience implementing token/reward based systems with clients.

Full collaboration and clear/quick communication are at the heart of my work. I’m known for my quick-thinking, adaptable and team-centered approach and my commitment to working closely with clients and team members to create meaningful, ongoing/lasting progress.

Outside of work, I live in downtown Indianapolis with my two cats. I enjoy hosting Meetup events for people in their 20s and 30s and staying active with weekly Zumba classes.
