Responsibilities
- Establish positive relationships with clients, guardians, and team members
- Include client, and guardians if appropriate, in all aspects of initial and ongoing assessment to create a comprehensive person-centered plan
- Complete extensive Functional Assessment of Behavior
- Create Behavior Support Plan including Target and Replacement Behaviors and Proactive and Reactive Strategies.
- Create Psychotropic Medication Assessment including dosage, schedule, side effects and titration plan
- Once Behavior Support Plan is approved by Human Rights Committee and HSPP, train all staff, family and/or caregivers
- Provide ongoing modeling and training to ensure clients are being taught and learning new skills
- Submit and upload documentation timely, accurately and per policy (Behavior Plans, Quarterly reports, Incident Reports, etc.)
- Attend and engage in team meetings
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary and remain calm while dealing with such situations
- Understand and follow policies and procedures of the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services
- Understand and follow policies and procedures of Bingham Consulting, LLC.
- Interact with client and team members respectfully and professionally at all times
- Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Maintain level of productivity agreed upon during contract signing
- Submit time worked and client session notes weekly, to be paid bi-weekly.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Professional Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university required in Special Education, Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Counseling
- Criminal Background Check from the state (any state you have worked in the last 10 years)
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Valid Vehicle Insurance
- Be at least 21 years old
- Negative TB screening (completed annually)
- CPR/First Aid (completed when necessary)
- Personal and Professional Liability Insurance covering: Injury, Loss of Life, Property Damage
- No felony convictions or other offenses involving dependent population
- 10 professionally relevant CEUs (annually)

- Work Full or Part time hours, to be agreed upon during contract signing
- Compensation will be based directly on the hours worked and will be a percentage of the reimbursement rate from state of IN.
- Mentoring offered by owner with 20+ years of experience in the field
- Owner will provide ongoing information when policies and procedures of the state change
- Owner will submit all billing to the state and investigate any denials if they occur
- Owner has secured HRC and HSPP to review all documentation

- Approved to work with clients in the greater Indianapolis area and several surrounding counties
