About MADISON

Madison has been dedicated to the field of behavior analysis since 2015. She earned her bachelor's degree in English from Ball State University in 2018 and completed her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2021. In 2026, she earned a second master's degree in Criminal Justice from Purdue University Global.

Madison is passionate about helping children and families overcome challenges and build the skills needed to thrive. She has extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as children and adolescents involved in foster care and adoptive placements. Her strong background in trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy allows her to understand how early life experiences and trauma can affect behavior, emotional regulation, and relationships. Madison has also worked with individuals through Indiana's Choices program, supporting families in developing practical strategies that promote independence, stability, and meaningful progress.

One of Madison's favorite aspects of being a behavior consultant is the flexibility of the field. She values the ability to tailor supports to each individual's unique strengths and needs and enjoys the variety that comes from helping people work toward different goals at their own pace. She believes that the most meaningful progress occurs when families feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the process.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time with her two children and reading whenever she gets the chance. She also shares her home with two cats and a dog. She occasionally gets some sleep.
