About Kelly

Kelly Lacey is a dedicated educator, administrator, and behavior consultant, specializing in behavioral intervention planning and positive behavior support. With over 19 years of experience in the field, Kelly has worked with individuals across a wide range of ages and abilities, including children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, and other support needs.

Passionate about creating meaningful change, Kelly collaborates with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to assess behavior, develop individualized support plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. Kelly's approach is rooted in compassion, cultural responsiveness, and a strong commitment to person-centered practices.

Kelly holds a special education degree, elementary education degree and a Master's Degree in Special Education Administration. She has extensive experience in school settings and  community programs.

With a mission to empower others through behavioral science, Kelly continues to advocate for inclusive practices and effective support systems that enhance quality of life and promote independence.
