Greetings! I’m Katelyn Meis, MA, BCBA and I’m ecstatic to join Bingham Consulting as a Behavior Consultant!

I come with over 20 years of experience working with highly diverse populations and individuals of all abilities, primarily ages 2 to 22 years, and in a variety of settings: public and private schools, in-home, community-based, center-based, and correctional settings. Early in my career, I served with AmeriCorps providing early literacy intervention to kindergarten-2nd grade students in Title I schools in Austin, TX. I taught 1st and 4th grades in Texas and Indiana, and I maintain a professionalized Indiana teaching license in Generalist (K-6), ELL (P-12), and Special Education (P-12). I recognized my desire to expand my service beyond the classroom and thus, my journey has led me here.  

I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2021. I'm continually learning and growing as a practitioner, but at the core of everything I do is my devotion to empowering and advocating for my clients. I'd love the opportunity to get to know you, your goals, and partner with you in working towards what matters most to you.

A little about me personally… I’m originally from Atlanta, GA. I’ve lived in Telluride, CO and Austin, TX. Now, I live in Westfield with my husband and our sweet pets (2 cats and 1 dog). I received my undergraduate degree in journalism and sociology from Georgia State University and my master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University with additional certifications in ABA and Autism. I’m excited about life and enjoy many things: spending time with my family, friends & fur-kids, sunshine, gardening, hiking, swimming, lakes, rivers, parks, live music, dancing, painting, kickboxing, and MANY more!

I'm currently accepting clients in Hamilton & Boone counties: Westfield, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, & Zionsville.
