About Paige

Paige is a dedicated Behavior Consultant with a passion for helping individuals reach their fullest potential and develop meaningful lifelong skills. She began her career in the field of applied behavior analysis in 2017 and has been passionate about the work ever since. Paige earned her Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Ball State University in 2017, where she developed a strong foundation in child development, learning, and behavior. She continued her education at Ball State University and got her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism in 2019.

Throughout her career, Paige has had the opportunity to work with individuals with a variety of needs and abilities, supporting the development of communication, social, and behavioral skills. She believes that effective behavioral support should be individualized and focused on helping each person build greater independence and confidence.
