Outside of the education world, Dana is a mother of two to a 12 year old and a 16 month old, and a wife. Her passions are tending to her chickens, yoga, birthwork, as she is a certified holistic doula, as well as homesteading, gardening, and cooking! She is a certified postpartum nutrition specialist, and when she is not with students or clients she runs a side business serving her community by preparing and delivering nutrient dense meals to mothers or teaching yoga in the Indianapolis area!
